All Powerline Communications’ staff members are empowered to initiate action to ensure both quality and continual improvement. We set ourselves high standards at all times and continually strive to meet or exceed them.

Powerline Communications has a Quality Management System in place, based upon the guidelines of ISO 9001-2000 . Our procedures are documented and regularly evaluated in order to ensure that we are constantly striving to achieve maximum satisfaction for our customers by providing competitive systems, products and services that are both compliant with relevant statutory and safety requirements, and meet all the end-user’s specific requirements.

In addition, the companies we represent (RFL Electronics Inc and BPEG) have established and maintain their own Quality Management Systems which are fully accredited to ISO 9001 standards.
